TODAY IS TEA TIME - LET THE SUN SHINE IN!
Six guests will arrive around 2:00 p.m. (EST) today. Stay tuned for pictures, recipes and reflections, tomorrow.
The sun is bright, with a clear blue sky, and as I gaze out my window, I notice the treetops on the hill are not swaying like they have been. I can feel a bit of excitement within me, not just because of the tea I'm having today, but the anticipation of spring weather. It's called for 60 degrees (F) this weekend and maybe higher. That means walking outdoors, sitting on the steps and enjoying the warmth of the sun on my face, hearing the birds, smelling the mud and all that a Northern Michigan spring day includes.
